Finance and Operations Analyst
As Finance and Operations Analyst at Impact Engine, Leslie closely supports our Director of Finance & Operations to implement Impact Engine’s day-to-day firm operations, including but not limited to gathering financial and impact data about our portfolio, making sure investments are onboarded and offboarded appropriately, and triaging inbound communications.
Prior to joining Impact Engine, Leslie spent five years as Director of Operations at a startup in the moving industry called College Truckers. As the senior operations professional on the team, she managed the company’s day-to-day finance and logistics functions while also building and continuously improving scalable processes that allowed the company to grow quickly.
Leslie holds a BS in International Relations and Spanish from Loyola University.
